RETURN POLICY
Eight 24 Boutique accepts items for store credit only. We do not issue refunds or cancel orders.
In order for us to process your return we require the garment to be returned in its original condition and meet the following criteria:
- All tags still attached
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unstained
- Unperfumed
We will not accept a return if item:
- Shows evidence of wear or has been washed
- Is an accessory or shoes
- Is an intimate item (bralette or bodysuit)
- Is a final sale item
Returns must be within 14 days of delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns that don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item! The conditions do not apply to faulty products.
If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return your item, we offer store credit for the item(s) you are returning. We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee size availability.
SALE items category are final sale.

SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Due to increasing postal service costs, shipping is $8.00 flat rate for all orders in the continental United States.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders typically arrive within 10-12 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping.
